Ruthie is an associate at Kastner Ko LLP, practicing in the areas of employment law, union-side labour law, human rights, and civil litigation.

Ruthie advises and represents employees and trade unions in a wide range of workplace disputes, including wrongful and constructive dismissals, human rights claims, harassment investigations, contract negotiations, grievance arbitrations, and OLRB applications. She regularly appears before courts, tribunals, and arbitrators across Ontario.

Ruthie holds a J.D. from Osgoode Hall Law School and an Honours B.A. in Sociology from McGill University. Before joining Kastner Ko, she articled and summered with the Ontario Ministry of Labour, and completed clinic placements at Parkdale Community Legal Services and the Osgoode Hall Innocence Project.
