Johan is an associate with Kastner Ko LLP. His practice includes employment and labour law, human rights, and civil litigation.

Having previously articled at a prominent labour and employment firm in Toronto, Johan brings a wealth of experience to workplace law matters.

Johan received his J.D. from Osgoode Hall Law School. Throughout law school, Johan volunteered with Fair Change Community Services, representing unhoused clients in provincial offences court. Johan also completed a semester in the Workers’ Rights Division at Parkdale Community Legal Services. There, Johan advocated for workers with a variety of claims, including for unpaid wages, wrongful dismissals, and human rights violations. 

Before law school, Johan graduated with distinction from Concordia University, where he received a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Theatre Performance.
