Olivia is an associate with Kastner Ko LLP. She brings a wealth of experience in advising and representing clients in employment and labour law matters. Olivia’s practice also includes civil litigation, human rights, professional discipline, and workplace investigations.

Olivia advises and advocates on behalf of clients with respect to all aspects of the employee-employer relationship, including wrongful dismissal, harassment, and human rights claims. She is a strong and creative advisor on complex workplace-related matters.

Before joining Kastner Ko, Olivia articled and worked as an associate at a prominent labour and employment firm. 

Olivia attended law school at Queen’s University, where she volunteered as a project lead with Pro Bono Students Canada and received a public interest grant to support her work as a summer student at a Toronto-based legal aid clinic. 

Prior to law school, Olivia graduated with distinction from Dalhousie University where she received her Bachelor of Arts.
