Frank is an associate with Kastner Ko LLP. They maintain a varied practice including employment law, professional discipline, public interest litigation, state accountability, and civil litigation. Across all practice areas, Frank brings a thoughtful and nuanced perspective.

Frank regularly advises both employees and employers on a range of workplace matters, including wrongful dismissal and human rights litigation. They also act for both regulators and regulated professionals in disciplinary matters and judicial review proceedings.

Frank’s practice also includes public interest litigation, with a particular focus on constitutional litigation and administrative law matters impacting the transgender and queer communities. Frank also regularly volunteers at The 519’s Gender Affirming Care Legal Support Clinic. In 2025, Frank won the PRISME Trans Activism and Advocacy award in recognition of their work to advance access to transgender healthcare.

Frank also acts for individuals and families seeking justice when state actors such as law enforcement agencies violate their rights. Frank’s state accountability practice includes coroner’s inquests and civil claims arising from interactions with the police.

Frank graduated from Osgoode Hall Law School as the Gold Medalist for their class and went on to clerk for the Honorable Michael H. Tulloch, Chief Justice of Ontario, and the Honorable Justices Eileen E. Gillese and Jill M. Copeland of the Court of Appeal for Ontario. Perhaps most significantly, Frank is the parent of our beloved office dog, Frankfurter.
